Newcastle, United Kingdom — Report: Dr. Parvez Bhatti
Palm Sunday was celebrated with great devotion in Newcastle, England, as the Asian Christian Church organized a blessed procession to commemorate the triumphant entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem. Pakistani and Indian Christian families from various cities actively participated in the event.
The procession was led by Pastor Hanoch Yaqoob, who also shared the Word of God. Participants sang hymns and praised joyfully as they walked through local areas, expressing their faith and remembering Jesus as the King.
Worship and Evening Calvary Gathering

Following the procession, a special Evening Calvary gathering was held, featuring worship, spiritual songs, and poetry. Sohail Munawar Bhatti along with his sons Shannon Bhatti and Solomon Bhatti, Fahad Jan & family, Daniyal Saudagar & family, Saim & family, Rohit Gul & family, Usman Bhatti, and Nasir Jan presented beautiful songs.
Samson Javed and Fahad Jan recited inspiring poetry, receiving great appreciation from the audience. The gathering strengthened faith and unity within the Christian community.

Prayers for Peace
Special prayers for peace and prosperity in the church and across the world were offered by Fahad Jan and Dr. Parvez Bhatti. Prayers included Pakistan, the United Kingdom, and global harmony.
Thanksgiving Meal
At the end of the event, Aamir family served a thanksgiving meal to all attendees, creating a warm and joyful fellowship environment.
